I have spent 26 years within the downstream oil industry, and during my time with Q8/Pace I have held a number of positions these include Dealer Area Manager, Investment and Property Co-ordinator and currently as National Account Manager. My job entails a variety of tasks ranging from putting together tenders for both the public and private sector to supply existing and new customers, together with business innovation to identify opportunities within the customers' organisation for cost savings and improved efficiencies. The Pace National Account portfolio includes Ministry of Defence, National Health Service, OGC Buying Solutions and a number of the Pro5 buying consortium who purchase on behalf of schools and local authorities.

Emma Madhoo - Customer Support Manager

I have worked in the Petroleum Industry for the last 25 years. Initially working for Ultramar back in 80's, then Kuwait and Pace Fuelcare following the take over. During this time my career has taken on a varied and interesting path. I gained experience initially in the supply of fuel bunkering in Canada and chartering vessels to move fuel from Kuwait / Rotterdam to the Thames / Kings Lynn or Ireland. I have also managed the International Diesel Service, Fuel Card Operations for Hauliers in the UK and Ireland and sold fuel ex-rack to companies in the South East, North West and Scotland.
My vast experience and knowledge of the Petroleum Industry, has been beneficial in my current role as Customer Support Manager. This comprises of the Dealer Business and National Accounts. My role can involve anything from sending customers their daily, weekly prices, provide Management Information, consolidated Invoices to standing in for the Supply & Logistics Coordinator.
